On Tuesday, March 24, Information Technology will perform a planned network update. This work will briefly interrupt on-campus internet access, including access in the residence halls, between 10-10:30 p.m.

Impacted services:

  • On-campus internet access will be unavailable.
  • VPN access will be unavailable.
  • Public Safety will remain available at 678.407.5333.
  • After maintenance is complete, you may need to sign back in to some applications and services.

Services available from off campus:

  • During the maintenance window, the following services will remain available only from off-campus locations:
  • Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint),
  • GGC public websites, and MyCourses.
  • Grizzly Den (Banner), OneUSG Connect, and GeorgiaFIRST self-service.
  • Services that require VPN will be unavailable.
