Having a strong recreation and intramural sports program gives you a sense of campus community, and allows you more opportunities to socialize, network and become a well-rounded, successful student.
Join the action! GGC students can participate in several popular sports through the Intramural Sports program, including 3-on-3 basketball, indoor soccer, dodgeball, indoor flag football and sand volleyball.
Stay sharp. The right exercise plan provides increased energy, strength and stamina, mental focus and improved weight management. The Wellness and Recreation Center offers a wide variety of fitness and exercise activities, including a cardio room, weight rooms and more.
